We have a great relationship and are alot farther along because of how long we have known each other. We have so much in common and we have lots of fun together. I was taking sertraline for approx 1 year then stopped due to nausea, i have just started it again as it did help marginally but my GP has suggested citalopram. Just wondering what peoples experiences of citalopram is, especially those who had first tried sertraline. I've also tried fluoxetine to no effect. 2 young children being sick and bile?

ive just been woken to the sound of my eldesdt, 5 and my youngest, 1, thowing up. my 1 yr old is just throwin up her milk and isnt something im feelin overly concerned about. however my son has thrown up all his food (well that that hasnt been digested already) and continued to be sick, he then had a gl of water as he kept saying he was very thirsty and instantly threw it all back and more, more so that towards the end his sick wasnt clear but was yellowy green, i imagine bile. is this somethin i need to seek immidiate medical help with as some site suggest or is this something i can leave him to continue to sleep until morning and go to the doctors if its no better. they have all (i have 3 children) had diorhea for a couple of days now my sick 2 still do have it, my youngest isnt dehydraated but my eldests lips are v dry hes v pale and keeps complaining hes thirsty, however his tongue is still wet and it is the middle night for him so he bound to b thirsty with dry lips. any advice appreciated as not sure what to do n cant remember what my parent did when i threw up bile as a kid

it is quite uncomfortable to sleep on it if its freshly done, plus try not to. you might irritate it or hurt it while your sleeping. I got my industrial pierced and I slept on the same side. I woke up the next morning with blood all over my pillow and ear. also, you can bring your own jewelry, just buy it and dont take it out of the package, bring it to the piercer like that. if its something that youve already used I dont think they will put it in. just for safety and infection purposes. good luck tho. I think they need music that isn't limited by an angry producer. So basically, I think it's cheaper AND it is more complimentary of the current creative trend. Why do I get criticized for not enjoying or wanting to feed anymore?

I get waaaay to many TD over it and it's like ...why? I just don't understand it. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and she is 17 months and has exclusively fed since birth and I've gone thru infections, severe engorgment, and my have become dumbly lopsided (sizes A and DD) because of it and they still have the nerve to call me a bad mom who doesn't try or care? I love aquatic life. I have had a saltwater aquarium for some time now. They are great fish and very clean too. When I was young, I had gold fish. I am interested in getting a freshwater tank as well as my saltwater one. I think the red platy fish is a beautiful tropical freshwater fish. Every time I got to the pet store to eye them up, I notice they are always pooping. My saltwater fish (damselfish and clownfish) are very discrete when they poop. I see them go once a month ( I know they go more, but I just don't see it happen) and it is never dirty in their tank. I know they have a lot more filtration with the live rock and sand and the filter. So my main question would be, do platy fish defecate a lot, are they dirty fish, how can I best keep this tank clean if I choose to get them and are their any invertebrate that can live with them to help keep it clean beyond the means of just a filtration system?

My maid of honor sent out the bridal shower invitations last week. I had my daughters ears pierced after she had her 2 month shots... of course after she was over feeling ouchy from that. i called and wanted hers done both at the same time they told me to come in on a weekend i did and guess what only one person was working but i was tired of waiting so i just did it she did very well with it... its just hard to hold them down while they do it :( they wont numb them they just clean the ear and put a mark on it and pierce afterwards they give you stuff to clean the earrings twice a day my daughters ears healed perfect the only bad thing was i couldn't get the back off of the one earring so i had to take her back and the lady got it off after i fought with it for weeks after that it made me wish i would have waited... but now its off and its fine. give your baby a little tylenol before you go. as little as she is she wont ever remember it and shes not going to fight you to clean them... now changing her earrings thats a different story my baby is so nosey and cant see what im doing so she doesn't like me to change her earrings right now.

I got my tragus pierced little over a month ago and now its really swollen?

the pleco and bala get way to big for a 29, a group of tigers and gouramis are good though, I had 7 tigers, 2 gouramis and a couple cories in one of my tanks before, with barbs though you need to make sure you keep as many as you can or they'll be nippy towards other fish, 6 is a good minimum nuber for them. Good community fish are guppies, tetras, cories, gouramis, swordtails, platies, mollies, barbs and killifish. I am in a very difficult situation and was looking for anyone who might lend some advice. I have been working with my company for only a few months, but my boss has made my job & life so difficult and miserable. My bosses abusive behavior began my second week there and has only grown worse over the months. I am a diligent worker who cares very much about my job and my work relationships. I went to HR with the problem and now they are seeming to side with my bullying boss who twists my words around and is very manipulative -- HR has even said her bullying behavior is not so bad (saying offensive things to me and undermining my work). At this point I feel ill all weekend knowing that I have to go to work on Monday -- where my work and personality will never be good enough. I have tried to fix the problem by changing my work and my approach, but still my boss has voiced more issues with me. I just can't see to figure it out and my boss has indicated she has no intention to change -- though I have only been obedient and supportive to her. Has anyone been in a situation like this? I feel so lost and desparate. I am scared to quit without another job in line, but I am becoming so depressed and hopeless. ..had my left clavicle peiced back together with a plate and six screws. Im in a very laborous job but have been taking it easy. I, however, am always worried that something is going wrong inside (probably caused by a 2nd surgery i had to have due to the wound splitting open after the first). I have a plate and five screws, 3 on one side of the bone and 2 on the other. How will i know that something is going wrong (ie. bent plate, screws coming out, etc.). Long story short: there was emotional abuse in the past, he is trying harder now and things have improved. I filed because of the abusive behavior, and thinking he didn't love me and wanted the divorce, too. He never wanted to talk about us and seemed to be going along with it, saying we would do it ourselves, amicably - until I got back from the courthouse and handed him the paper. Then, everything changed - he was furious, hired a cut-throat lawyer and of course, I had to hire a lawyer, too. It has taken almost a year. Did you take out the yellow part of the egg? When you add cream of tartar to the egg whites, it does something with the protein in it and makes it poof up. You'll need to mix it at a high speed, which is why electric mixers work best...so just mix it as fast as you can and see if that helps. Also, like I said, make sure the yellow part of the egg is out of it. I tried to make mint meringue cookies the other day and they failed because I started to add the other ingredients before trying to make it peak with the cream of tartar and eggs.. so I read up about it and it seems that's the way to do it.. good luck! Questions about my audio interface?

I have the fasttrack pro usb audio interface which comes with a cd to install the interface driver software, which i apparently cannot install because im running windows 7 which wil not allow the installation of unsigned drivers. Yes i went to the M audio website and installed the win7 drivers from there no that did not solve the problem. nor did any of the other FAQs on google. SO, my queston is can i still use the audio interface without installing the driver software on the M audio CD?? i use Cakewalk and Magix

I just started doing karaoke with some friends and I actually like to "sing" now. The problem is that my voice very monotone and makes my singing sound flat which sucks. I have had this problem for about a year now, I gat up atleast six times a night to pee and then I can't go back to sleep. All i drink all day is decaf tea, water a little milk now and then. No sodas at all and i don't typically drink much after 8:00. I have been going to a urologist now for a few months and after trying many medicines, I am now on a anti-diuretic hormone and sleeping pills. I take a total of five pills a day and It made it that i don't go twelve times now just the six. The medicine is very expensive and I am still up at night. I don't want to get addicted to sleeping pille either but he has me taking two every night. The worst part about this is that I am only28. Any help or advice please!

If it matters, I'm a guy, and she's a girl. We've been friends since kindergarten. We used to be the bestest of friends. High school came -- I got really shy and she became really outgoing. We didn't hang out AT ALL freshman to sopre year. We talked A LOT over text, though. I helped her a lot with her problems, basically. We were and are CLOSE. The one time we did hang out was over the summer of sopre year -- that was because she felt bad that I was sitting home all day, friendless, doing nothing. The weird thing that I've noticed, though, is that we never hang out just her and I. Not that it matters -- it's just a little weird, I guess, as she hangs out with others out at the mall, around town... we go places with her mom, we play video games... yet, once I suggest we go and do something -- like go to fireworks or something, it's as if she makes up some excuse. She says she's really busy, or has to clean, or has a lot of work, or isn't thinking that far ahead... I feel like the only reason she's hanging out with me is because she feels sorry for me, I guess, because of how shy I am. And she'd never want to hang out with me -- like just her and me, because she'd feel like I'm boring or embarring to be around or something. I don't get it. What am I doing wrong?
