Must have accessories for Canon 7D or 1D Mark IV?

I'm looking at getting one of these two camera's. (I know, there is a huge diffeence, especially in price, between the two) I plan on getting the Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM Lens and the EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Telephoto Zoom Lens with either camera I go with as well as the 32GB 90MB/s compact flash card. Now, if I get the 7D I plan on getting an extra battery and the battery grip. I'm already kinda way out of budget but is there really anything I'm leaving out as far as what you would consider a must have accessory for either of these sets? I'm not too worried about filters right now, however, I will probably eventually invest in polarizing and UV filters. Or is that something I should go ahead and get as well?? Thanks!
