Pl suggest a good split AC and capacity?

One of my rooms is 16' x 9'-8'' x 11'-1'' height. This is a drawing room and may at times have an embly of 8-10 people. It has a computer and cane furniture inside. The walls on two side are masonry. The room has gl windows on two sides measuring 9'-8' x 6'-0'' and 14' x 6'-0''. The windows are covered by curtains. The room is exposed to the sun only in the morning till 9 AM. However, the roof is exposed to the sun till about 1-30 PM. Will a 1.5 T split be sufficient ? The AC will be sparingly used. What brand should I buy ? Will a star rating matter? My estimate is 25,000 to 29,000.
