Has The Long Goodbye begun for President George W. Bush?

Senator Olympia Snowe has now joined the growing number of GOP Senators calling for a schedule for US troop withdrawal from Iraq. At the current defection rate, will the only Senators left to support the Iraq war by election day 2008 be Republicans who aren't up for re-election until 2010 or 2012? And will 2012 be the first year that the Republican National Convention won't even mention Bush 43 as having ever served in the office, like the Democrats have been doing Lyndon Johnson continuously since 1972?
