Which school is best for me? USF, UCF, FIU, FSU?

Senior in highschool. 3.5 GPA, hispanic, I want to major in international business. I want to get the college experience and will most likely join a sorority. I love the beach, and want a college that provides a good nightlife. I am undecided about which college is both academically the best for my major and fits my personality
