I hv nodules?

i hv nodules in both sides of my chest.these hv been grown b'coz of pinching. there is no pain. but pains onlywith accidental hard press. IS there any cure other then operation. there is no sign of there increment for a long. These looks like the . doctors says there is harmonal disorder which will be past at its own but i hv waited for even more then 2 years. it had not worked.
