What needs to be done to save her and keep us together?

I am engaged to marry a girl who is over here in the states from Uzbekistan. She has been told she must go back. She will get a couple of court appearances and has been told that the judgment may change but "don't count on it." This however was before I fell enough in love to find the future without her to be a nightmare. want to marry her. What steps do we need to take to get married (she has identification papers from her country and a birth certificate issued by the U.S.S.R. (she was born in 1980). In what state would getting married be easiest and last but not least what all do we need to do to insure she will be here in America for good ? I really love this woman and would die if I lost her.I cant even bring myself to secretly fantasize of other women and I have ALWAYS been able to do that, till now. I must do whatever I need to to keep us together. Please don't answer unless you KNOW you ae RIGHT! Thanks.
