Can't help but feel I've lost her?

wow this is a though one! Does she know how you feel? This is coming from a girl. We may seem like a different species but our thinking is smiler to a guys. We don't want to make the first move so we rather just sit there and stare at the person we like and make suggestive hints instead of asking right out. We also tend to try to do things to make the person we like jealous to see if they like us back. If what you're saying is true (and I can't trust you're words a 100% not that you would lie but you could see things differently then she sees it I would actually have to be there to know for sure) then it seems that she does like you and that she just wants to make you jealous by dating you're friend. Confront her, show her that you have the guts to do it. (girls really like guys that have courage.) Ask her out and explain to your friend if he really doesn't have feelings for the girl then he wouldn't mind giving her to you if he's being a jerk about it then he's not being a really good friend is he now?
