My carburators is running rich, i have a dual quad thunder series AVS Edelbrock carbs.changing needles or jets?

if you cant adjust it out .if the carb does not have metal floats they may be saturated .find the oldest mech. that does not work for a dealer . check your air also, check for vac. leaks .find the mech. one that knows what a four barrel is. needles and jets last choice.
