I scratched my eye?

today in the morning i put my contact lenses and my left eye felt like it had a rock so i left it like that for 3 hours later i took them of cuz it was painfull now i can't see my eye is worst i just want to know if i scratched my cornea cuz i can't see with this eye well i can see but i can't even with my gles i can't see so i just want to know whats wrong
